Rental Policies & Guidelines

Welcome to Arrive & Relax. Our goal is to provide a stress-free camping experience. Please review these essential guidelines to ensure your adventure in Paynesville is seamless and enjoyable.

Booking & Deposit

A $300 deposit and signed agreement (Located in the Booking Form) are required to secure your camper. The remaining balance, including optional add-on fees, must be paid seven days before your delivery date. The damage deposit will be released at the end of the rental period.

Cancellation & Credits

Cancellations made 14 days before arrival qualify for a full refund. Cancellations within 7-14 days receive a 50% refund. Within 7 days, cancellations are non-refundable except in severe weather emergencies.

Delivery & Setup

We deliver and set up campers within 30 miles of Paynesville free of cost. rentals outside that radius are charged an extra $3 a mile outside that radius (the extra cost is calculated using the distance between the edge of the 30-mile radius and the campground). Guests must ensure the campsite is booked for the trailer size and utilities are accessible for a standard connector.

Occupancy & Care

No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the units. No pets are allowed inside the units. Guests must remove all personal trash before departure.
